Parking

There is one free parking spot per booking. We have 3 paid spots at “Archipelago Spots” If you require all 3, please let us know.

The building has 5 additional paid visitor parking spots, which are first come, first serve to the left of the Main Entrance.

There is paid underground parking across the street at 158 Sterling.

There are two streets nearby that offer free parking. Perth Ave and Sterling Rd (one hour). See map here.

Photography - $100/hr + HST
Video - $150/hr half day, $130/hr full day + HST

Rooftop Patio
Photography - $100/hr + HST

Full Rental - Main Studio, Mezzanine, Rooftop Patio
Photo/Video - $2500 all day rental + HST

Events/Workshops*

We love to host parties! Please send us an inquiry of the event you would like to host here

*We require all events and workshops to have an allocation of content creation during the rented time.

Kitchen

10 x 10 ft kitchen space featuring a client fridge, water and coffee stations, sink, microwave, and oven. The kitchen also includes a moveable island.

Coffee

Clients are welcome to use the coffee machine with their own beans. If you don’t want to bring your own beans, there is also a coffee shop downstairs with excellent coffee, Ethica Coffee Roasters. Tea bags, sugar, and sweeter is provided.
